The IT Generalist provides technical assistance and support to credit union employees for computer systems, software, and hardware issues. The It Generalist is also responsible for overseeing the overall core data processing system and all integrated platforms. This role responds to inquiries, diagnosing and troubleshooting problems, and escalating issues as necessary to ensure efficient and effective resolution. This role works closely with the core system provider and other key application vendors to collaborate on development plans, enhancements, upgrades, fixes, and swiftly adopts new technologies and features that benefit our employees and members.
