Part-Time Teller

Seeking a friendly, detail oriented person to perform a variety of duties which include, but are not limited to, processing account transactions, cross-selling products and services, and verifying cash totals at the end of the day.

This position will receive and process member financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments; sell money orders and cashier’s checks to members; transfer amounts from member accounts as directed.

In addition, duties include verifying and posting transactions to member accounts and maintaining member and Credit Union records.  They will also greet members and provide routine information concerning services, and direct members to appropriate departments for specific information and service.

Vice President of Operations

Seeking a friendly, detail oriented individual to direct the delivery of services to members to achieve organizational sales goals; participate in development and implementation of organizational strategic plans; insure the organization is in compliance with all regulations, with primary responsibility for identifying and communicating deposit related compliance requirements. Participate in the general management of the organization as a member of the Management Team. 

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Direct and monitor branch, contact center operations, and internal audit through subordinate managers, to ensure they meet organizational goals and objectives.  Monitors product delivery quality and takes action to resolve problems.
  • Hire, review, schedule, train, direct, and monitor the work of direct reports; allocate resources to meet operational needs throughout the organization; review and approve, deny, or modify department recommendations for subordinates.
  • Direct and monitor the Accounting/Contact Center Department to ensure they meet organizational goals.  Participate in establishment of annual operational budget and monitor performance to budget throughout the year; establish annual sales goals (in conjunction with marketing) for deposit products and initiate actions to achieve the goals.
  • Develop, propose, gain acceptance for and implement deposit program strategy and policy; lead activity related to new product development with respect to deposit programs and products.
  • Ensure the organization is in compliance with all regulations; responsible for compliance issues associated with deposit programs including Regulations B, D, E, Z, CC, and DD.
  • Direct and monitor Business Development Officer to ensure they meet organizational goals and objectives. Monitor product delivery quality and take action to resolve problems.
  • Support Loan Department as needed to support operations.

Loan Clerk

Seeking a friendly, detail oriented individual to  work closely with the loan team, preparing files to be scanned into the system.  Assisting members with loan requests.  Providing clerical and administrative support.  

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

  • Reviews loan documentation for completeness and accuracy.  Files loan documents with appropriate agencies.  Works with members setting up auto payment and answering questions. Process indirect loans including reviewing for completeness, booking and funding.
  • Interviews members in person or by telephone to assist them in preparing loan applications.  Obtains personal and financial information.
  • Identifies opportunities to cross-sell new or additional services or products to members.
  • Enters and maintains accurate loan information on computer operating system and prepares required reports for management.
  • Supports loan team with clerical duties and performs other job related duties as assigned.
