Mobile Banking

We have a Mobile App to access online banking on your mobile device. Just search for Route 31 Credit Union in your App store or Google Play. Mobile banking offers many convenient features:

  • Set and change password, security questions, and personal information
  • View account balances and details for savings, checking, certificates, loans, and credit cards
  • View funds on hold for savings and checking
  • View pending authorization for credit card transactions

Pay Anyone

Members can transfer money to an individual through online banking using email or text message. It’s easy, free and convenient to use. A security question is sent with the message from the sender. (An answer is entered by the member when setting up the payment, but this information is not sent with the message and must be separately relayed to the recipient by the sender.) The recipient accesses their payment by clicking on a secure link they receive via an email or text message. They then access a secure webpage where they enter the answer to the security question, enter the routing number of their financial institution, and enter the deposit account number. The recipient then receives the payment into the account they provided.

Manage Your Cards

Introducing real-time control over your Route 31 Credit Union credit or debit cards through our Mobile App using the Manage My Cards feature. Our Mobile App allows you to manage your credit or debit cards from your phone or tablet. You can lock or unlock your card at any time. Keep your card locked until you are ready to use it and then unlock it for each purchase. You can also set it up to send a text message every time your card is used.

A2A Transfers

A2A (Account to Account) transfers allow you to transfer money between your account at Route 31 Credit Union and your account at another financial institution through It’s Me 247 or through a member service representative.

To sign up for A2A, simply complete the authorization form and return to us along with one of the following from the other financial institution:

  • Voided check
  • Letter from financial institution confirming your account number
  • Statement with entire account number


Once a member service representative approves it and enters it in our system, you will be able to transfer money in online banking between your accounts.

ACH On Demand (Instant Deposit)

ACH On Demand allows members to receive their pending ACH deposit early using It’s Me 247 online banking. The deposit will post as directed on the scheduled date if the member does not sign choose to use ACH On Demand.

There is a service charge of $10 to use this feature*

Steps to receive ACH deposit early…

  • Under My Accounts tab, select ACH transactions
  • If ACH is Pending, select “Post Now” next to ACH deposit
  • Select account to take service charge from (savings or checking)
  • ACH distributions will also post at that time

*Service charge cannot be taken from the deposit. You must have the $10 available in your account prior to posting. Only available through online banking.

Text Banking

You can now send a text message command to receive a text message with your account balance. You can also enroll in e-Alerts and receive notices regarding account balances, electronic deposits, withdrawals, or when a payment is due.

TO SIGN UP

Log in to It’s Me 247 and click the “Go Mobile” button in the top right corner. Then select Text Banking Home to access enrollment screens. After enrollment, text commands to IM247 (46247).

Send the following commands to IM247 (46247):

BAL – Balance for up to 3 savings or checking accounts

BAL {nick} – Balance for up to three savings or checking account, where {nick} is a custom 1-6 character credit union nickname in It’s Me 247

BAL {#} – Balance for a specific account, where {#} is the 3-digit account suffix

BAL {nick}{#} – Balance for a specific credit union and account combination

STOP – Turns off all text banking

STOP {nick} – Turns off text banking for a specific credit union account

HELP – The member service number

(Be sure to leave a space between commands)
