Ashley has joined the credit union as our Vice President of Operations. Ashley has over 23 years of experience in the financial industry. She has experience in managing operations business development, human resources, training, compliance, member service, budgeting, and expense control. She also has experience developing marketing strategies, organizing community events and volunteering in the community. She attended Western Michigan University.

Sara joins us as a contact center representative at our Terrace office. Sara has 5 years of customer service experience. She graduated from Fruitport High School and is attending Muskegon Community College.

Mary has joined the credit union as a Loan Clerk. Mary has over 25 years working directly with the public in the medical field. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Ferris State University and is finishing her Master’s Degree in Healthcare Management from Baker College.

Laken joins us as a full-time teller at our Terrace office. She spent the last 4 years working in the non-profit sector. Laken has 10 years of customer service experience and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Social Sciences from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
