Our Credit Cards offer no annual fee, a low interest rate, a low monthly payment, and 28-day grace period. Our credit cards are accepted anywhere.  You can view your credit card account on It’s Me 247 (our online banking via the homepage) and you can pay your credit card by transferring money online or pay right at the credit union.

You can choose between a credit card with Scorecard Rewards or a credit card without Rewards that offers a lower rate.

To Report a Lost or Stolen Visa Credit Card call 866-604-0381 or if your credit card is denied, call the credit union at 231-726-4871. After hours call 1-866-333-4740.

To reset your credit card PIN, call 1-866-297-3411.

Route 31 Credit Union has a fraud alert company that monitors our members’ credit card activity for unusual activity (i.e. purchases out of state, etc.). Be sure to contact the credit union if you will be traveling and using your credit card, so we can notify the fraud alert company.

  • Make cash advances at any participating institution and at more than 150,000 ATMs worldwide.
  • Cash advance interest rate, the same as for purchases
  • Pay your balance in full or make monthly payments. Make your minimum monthly payment or pay your balance off. Tailor it to your budget.
  • Pay your bill at either Route 31 Credit Union branch or any shared branch location

ScoreCard® Rewards

With our Visa Rewards Credit Card you earn ScoreCard® Rewards Points every time you use your Visa. 

ScoreCard Rewards is a rewards program offering points for using your Route 31 Visa Rewards credit card. When you use your Route 31 Visa Rewards credit card, you earn 1 ScoreCard point for every $1 spent. These ScoreCard points can then be used to reward yourself with merchandise and travel rewards. You will be automatically enrolled to earn ScoreCard points every time you use your card. There’s no limit to how many points you can earn.  The Scorecard points do expire after 4 years.

How To Redeem Points

IT’S EASY TO REDEEM POINTS. Simply visit www.ScoreCardrewards.com to register and login. Once logged in, you can see how many ScoreCard points you have. Then search for merchandise, gifts, airline tickets, hotels, car rental and much more! You can also use your points for a discount at the gas pump at select gas stations when you use your Route31 credit card and receive up to $10 off your purchase at Walmart, CVS and Walgreens.
