Do you need to make a loan payment from another financial institution?  We have a quick and easy way to make a one-time loan payment from another financial institution or credit/debit card called PayMyLoan. Please note, if you want to set up autopay from another financial institution, please contact the loan department.  If you are making a payment to your loan from a Route 31 Credit Union account, please use our FREE online banking or mobile app.

To pay your loan using an account at another financial institution, let’s get started with PayMyLoan. You will need your Route 31 Credit Union account number and loan suffix, along with your debit/credit card information or the routing number and account number from the financial institution you will be paying from to make your payment. 

Below are the options for paying a one-time loan payment along with the convenience charge for each:

• $1.95 for ACH from another financial institution (savings or checking account)
• $5.95 for debit card payment
• 2.95% for Mastercard credit card payment (Visa credit card is not an option)
