Employees facing unforeseen financial challenges can apply for loans through our specialized program and partnership with Route 31 Credit Union. These loans will have flexible terms and reasonable interest rates to ensure manageable repayment for Wesco employees. They can also help you develop healthy habits to get your spending back on track and even discuss repairing your credit with Route 31 on-staff Financial Coaches.

LEAP Program Requirements:

- 18 years of age to qualify
- Maximum loan amount of $2000
- Meet with Financial Coach to develop a “Spending Plan”
- 1 year on the job to qualify for loan products
- Direct deposit verified
- Direct payment to vendor or proof of need (i.e. leasing company, auto repair shop, etc.) may be required as Route 31 CU finds necessary and reasonable
